RE: [BNW] justification for 1960s martial law theories

I am writing this info on my lunch and I am not a history expert of that
time so keep that in mind as all 5 ([ :-) of you read this.... and not
really trying to get the history correct.

After the Area 51 incident (US Government capture Alien ship with
prisoners), The An'Duvian's (Alien Race name) being a more subtle race then
the Grok's (Very Aggressive, Battle ready alien race), opened negations with
the US to retrieve their ship and prisoners. The US government not wanting
to give up the study of ET's and their technology deny the An'Duvian's. The
An'Duvian's after countless attempts to recover their people and equipment
decide to strike back. They infiltrate the US and start secret experiments
on the population around Roswell. At first the experiments are successful,
they succeed in brain washing humans to do their dirty work, sabotaging the
US Government whenever possible. The An'Duvian's become bolder with their
experiments they expand to other parts of the US continent, and start to
mutate humans with a serum. Well of course (as with every thing), The
experiments start to get out of control and the An'Duvian's decided to pack
up as the fire was getting to hot, but wanting to further destroy the US
Government, they leave the serum behind knowing that humans of earth were
not intelligent enough to use the serum to their benefit and thinking that
only harm could come of it for them.  As more outbreaks occur, the
Government imposed a martial law. What the An'Duvian's did not realize is
that one human mutated beyond anything they had ever seen. Mr. Ingenious (as
he calls himself), knows what the serum is and can do. He starts pollute the
drinking water around the world, with the serum. 
This is where our story could start.....

I did this very quick, I have never assumed or thought that I was a writer
and just had fun expressing my thoughts. Thanks for reading it.
