[BNW] Accumulated rulings [MATT]

Hey there,
	I'm about to post the updated accumulated rulings, and in the start of the
BNW one, I have two entries.

One - the statement that declares that there is no connection between DL
and BNW.

Two - The comments that Matt had posted awhile ago concerning BNW in general.

The question I have for Matt is - Is it okay to put your comments re: the
beginnings of the game up on the web somewhere?
