The system is pretty much like Deadlands, except you don't use an cards and
only d6's...I think most of the same traits are there, as well....

Any thoughts on how the game is presented? For me it was one of the finer
points of Deadlands, and I
assume that BNW follows suit. Some hideously beautiful cover artwork, nice
border graphics on every
page. Full color archetypes and artwork bound in, all that stuff.

Matt showed us a couple of mock ups that looked pretty cool and the art is
tres cool

Any polt lines churn up in the demo? I know there is something about JFK
becoming supreme dictator
of the US floowing a botched assassination attempt in dallas, but what about
the deltas? What's the
origin of their power, and at what point does it pop up out of the
traditional historical timeline?
Maybe some cataclysmic galcactic rearrangement? A schism?

The origin of the powers weren't really delved into and I think the timeline
was mentioned, but I wasn't paying alot of attention to it, for some
reason..(I'm very ashamed of myself :) )

Any other thoughs you might have would be greatly appreciated. I'm asking
for myself, as I intend to
pick the game up, but also on behalf of a comic nut friend of mine who is
nuts for superhero RPGs.
He's still looking for something a bit inventive and differend, with a
system that can back it all
up (after having been dissapointed in Aberrant).

I think it's gonna be great and well worth the time and money....:))\
