Now, I'm not Matt, and this is heresay that wouldn't stand up in court, but
here's how I heard it in my hotel room.

Scott Hacker: "So the Goliath had 6 wounds in every part of his body..."
Jeff Achuff: "But you can only take your strength in wounds, and his
strength is 5d6."
Scott: "Well, Matt was running it, and he said that it included the bonus
to strength, so since the Goliath has 5d6+5 he could take 10 in each."

figures that works for him, even if it makes the goliath a lot stronger...
