FEDERAL NOTIFICATION

Mark Kilfoil is hereby designated a person of interest in regards to
seditionist activities perpetrated by unregistered Deltas and their
sympathizers against the government of the United States of America.

The fugitive Mark Kilfoil is hereby ordered to report to the nearest law
enforcement officer for arrest, detainment, questioning, and education.

Any and all correspondence to or from the fugitive Mark Kilfoil must be
immediately forwarded to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Any knowledge
of the fugitive Mark Kilfoil's physical location must be immediately
reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Any person found to be aiding or abetting the fugitive Mark Kilfoil will be
arrested, detained, questioned, and educated.

Failure to comply with these Federal orders will result in immediate arrest,
confiscation of property, detainment, questioning, and education.
