[BNW] Mysterymen in Crecent City?

     OK, alphas are the big guns, and deltas are pretty tough. But what 
     about the folks with really minor powers, or the superhero wannabe's 
     that don't really have any powers at all?
     
     In the old Wild Card novels, folks that had a smidgen of power were 
     called "dueces." I always thought that they made some of the more 
     interesting characters.
     
     Are there equivalents in the BNW setting? If so, what would they be 
     called?
     
     I'm waiting for the Mr. Furious power package! Who's with me?
