Fast talker isn't meant to be able to take on a scrapper.  Thats like saying
sneaks are useless because they can't fight against goliaths.   Not all
characters have to be combat based.  Remember BNW is a low-level supers
campaign, where powers are for a large part overshadowed by conventional skills.
