Ok, now I'm with you.  It does weaken the powers a bit, but for some reason
Seriously I'm a Doctor didn't seem to quite fit the Jack for me.

I plan to handle new pakages on the basis of let the player owk out the
details and then ask about it.  As a (part-time) GM, I can unbalance the GMCs
powers if I feel a need to so that isn't a major issue.  I do however really
like the idea of a Fast-Talker pakage though, while the Jack to me seems more
of a "I can't decide what to be" type of package.  YMMV of course.
