I just got this from Matt. I had mailed him about the same question:

I don't mind at all, and don't worry, the book is on its way. There has been

a series of delays on it, each for their own good reasons, which have added 
up to a long wait. The book is actually on press right now. This means that 
it should hit stores around the end of the month or early February,
depending 
on the vagaries of shipping. 

The next book, Delta Prime, is already in AEG's hands, so that should hit 
stores (if we're lucky) around the end of February/start of March. 

My apologies for all of the delays. Believe me, no one wants to see this
book 
out more than I do.
