Well, at first I saw this and thought, 'This is
stupid.  If someone wanted to make a cyborg they could
simply do the same trick used for making Deaders.' 
Thinking about it though I began to see possibilities.
 The part about this power that irked me was the
requirement of relying on a different delta to make
this work, so how about this as an idea:

The cyborgs power lies in his ability to merge with
machines (without a gadgeteer around).  Giving 12 hrs
the cyborg can merge part of his body with a machine
(gadget or otherwise).  This gives him a +5 bonus
using that machine.  He can only be merged to one
machine at a time, and it takes 12 hrs to unmerge from
one machine before he can join with another.  Cyborgs
also have their own internal battery to power such
devices.

The idea behind this trick is to create another gadget
based power package without copying the gadgeteer (I
wouldn't mind seeing a spell based power package that
worked completely different from Bargainers.  The
spirit summoning package on one of the sites is a nice
example).  I would still rule that a gadgeteer had to
maintain any gadgets a cyborg had absorbed, or
possibly allow the cyborg to now maintain the gadget,
like a gadgeteer would.  Note cyborgs still can't
create gadgets, only gadgeteers can.

What do people think?  What kind of tricks could such
a power package have?

I know robocop was suggested as an example of what
this power package could look like, but I think
Videodrome (James Wood movie) is a better example of a
machine/man combo.

here to sweep away the heroes ... with his sidekick,
Ceiling Fan Boy ... luckily Washing Machine Girl and
Dryer Man are here to launder their sheets (whatever
that means)...


Hmmm, this also gives a new definition to a Harley Man...
