I don't believe that every power package will have a Sourcebook (what, you 
don't want to pay for a 128-page Sneak Sourcebook?  ;) ).  However, as Matt 
has mentioned, I believe that the Gadgeteer and the Bargainer packages will 
have sourcebooks devoted to them.  The Bargainers concept in particularly 
apparently ties into the "meta universe"/extra-dimensions in a pretty 
substantial way.
