Well, I don't think there's any powerpackage for
beauracracy. So who do you get to replace that guy?
Well, Randall over there, he can run a hundred yard
dash before you start the timer, but he doesn't like
to run, he'd rather sit at a desk and do desk things.
My point is just because someone CAN blow the city to
kingdom come doesn't mean that's what you're paying
them to do. Triumph Inc. hires these people for
everything. They treat Deltas like people, not walking
talking tools. IE- Janie is a Blaster, aside from this
she's got a degree in massage therapy and she's a
looker to boot. DP and the rest of society would make
her some sort of moving thinking gun. Triumph makes
her a secretary, the kind who won't even need to
type.:)

Like I said, Triumph thinks outside the box. People
have more than one skill. Truth might be hired as a
webpage designer, if she can tell when someone's lying
she can be brought into the situation as needed, but
otherwise she's woking on the web.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be covered by
it's own supplement. What Evil Unlimited is supposed
to be is how you've painted society. This malicious
shark tied to an elephant's head, trampling and
devouring everything in it's path. Anyone who is
willing to bend to corruption and will sacrifice their
morals for some money adn power is a potential
employee for EU. They don't need powers, anybody can
blackmail. It's even better when this happens: "You'll
do what I want you to or I'll turn your unregistered
kiester in." "No, you won't, cause I'll do the same to
you." "Sorry pally, I'm a reg." "Oh, this sucks, I am
now subject to your every whim."
Now you're saying, why doesn't this superpowered sod
just waste the weasel? Well, EU would love that.
They're one step ahead, OF EVERYBODY! If you killed
your balckmailer they'd have reports, footage, goons
to wax you, you name it they'd pull it out of their
hmm-hmms. Basically, Evil Unlimited is evil and taking
them down should, IMO, be harder than bringing down
DP.
