Or better yet, just run out into the street and start screaming about the
defiant goliath killing all the little children. Then just avoid the
goliath for about ten minutes (maybe take a few shots at him) and then
just stuff your guns into your pockets once the delta prime squad shows
up.
The goliath is huge, ugly and obvious for a reason... to bone him over
when it comes to not being seen.

Well characters die, and they need to be replaced. Also, that's life.
Your char. is born with a set of powers and no matter how much he wants to
he can't change them (short of some sort of accident or experiment).

This complaint throws me a little. 
When the books first came out people complained about how few power
packages there were and how they split them between the two books. Now
that they are putting out more power packages, people don't think they are
as useful anymore and want more tricks. Makes me wonder what we would want
next if they put out a book with a lot of tricks...
