i don't claim to know how the creative process works, but i imagine steven
king wrote all of the green mile at once and then had it scheduled for
release.
i understand writing a game and wanting to get it out on the market,  but at
the same time, if the whole thing was outlined, an author could choose which
info to release and when and not have so many frustrated players.
i think white wolf has had some success with this, tantalizing players and
not leaving them too frustrated.
for example, if the bomber was included when mention was made of the man who
killed patriot's parents.
obviously, more info on bargainers would be good, as it stands now, i
wouldn't allow them in the game, too much is unclear about them and how they
work...
etc...
