RE: [BNW] How many ...

It would seem this has turned into more of a b^%@h session than something
constructive. We're discussing the points of something that is moot since
I'm sure this game has already got a rough lay out on what is going to be
done. I realize the need for more details, however, I remember a time when
the game of choice was AD&D and all you needed was the PHB, the DMG, and MM.
And I ran it for years w/o the MM. I just used stats in the DMG for
everything. Granted their were published adventures, however there was no
continuity, no plot, you just made it up as you went along. If something
cool came along, you integrated it all into one big stew and came up w/ some
interesting things. That's how we had paladins of Cthulhu(from the original
Deities and Demigods) running with paladins of Tyr(from Norse mythology).
The point is, every game gets personalized. Even for detail junkies(and I
know, there is one in my group) you can do lots of things and not need to
know everything. There are tons of games w/ meta plots that drag them out
for years. There are some thing's I've seen in other games that I've seen in
this one. But it is possible. Try reading the Legends mini-series from DC.
It might be good as an example of some things you can do. But...we need a
new topic now. This one has been going on for a while now. Howabout... the
garbage pickup times in Crescent City vs. the ones in old Chicago? Thoughts?

One, anything more and they'd be Alphas.

Now for the real question:

How many Delta Prime does it take to screw in a
lightbulb?

-Munch "Oh, sandwiches! I thought he said Delta
powers" Wolf
