Err...That situation isn't really a problem, all the guards can be dealt
with before they can possibly react, then it gets to the cage and if
Superman can't destroy it at a distance without injuring Louis then all he
need do is call Jim White and tell him to bring a blow torch. I know you
just knocked that situation up off the top of your head, but you see how
difficult it is to come up with a situation which requires Batman to do
significant actions without preventing Superman from doing anything at all.

P.S. Even though this thread has reached it's end, I suppose I should have
said Very Powerful Character instead of Superman and Comparatively Weak
Character instead of Batman, since that's what I usually mean't when I wrote
those names.
