[BNW] Misc - Web Site Update

I'll be tottering off to GenCon for a few days to help Matt Forbeck with his 
*ahem* other game that he designed.

Since someone noted a few weeks ago that I hadn't updated my site in a 
while, I've spent the last couple of weeks doing a serious content overhaul. 
  More Tricks, more Powers, more characters and *ahem* adaptations/homages, 
another Delta Group of a slightly more...lighthearted bent, etc.

There's also a primary Character Page, with all of the characters at my 
website listed in order of Power Package, for ease in either finding a 
particular individual, or finding characters with a particular package.
