Actually first move is great for speedsters:

3 actions. First move. 2 actions. Run up to target X, hit/shoot/whatever
twice. Run say 40" away and around two corners.

Target X's turn: one million actions. Doesn't matter. Moves forward his
6-10" and can't draw LOS to speedster.

Repeat next round. If your opponent is smart he'll hold an action.
Assuming he's facing the right way to shoot you when you come around the
corner dodge and hopefully get the extra success to activate after images
(or not, no big deal). Then preform a drive by on him with a club
(remember those charging rules) and continue past moving another 40" and
around two more corners.
This will get really annoying for the other guy really quick.
