[BNW] Which books have which packages?

It's looking more and more like I'll be running a BNW game in the near future,
so I need to start looking at picking up the supplements.

The most important question for me is - what packages are contained in each
book?  That'll help me decide which ones to buy and when.  If you know, please
help me out with the info.
