[BNW] Need a favour - and fast

Hi there.

    Well, I kick off my BNW campaign tomorrow, with a character generation and
discussion session.  I have the 2 core books, and I have DELTA PRIME on order
with my local games store.

    But I have a problem.
    I know that one of my players want to play a character with electrical
powers - a Charger.  Rules for Chargers are in DP - but it won't arrive at the
store for at least another week.  And the game starts tomorrow.

    So I'm hoping Matt or some kind listmember can privately email me (not the
list) the relevant rules for the package within the next 18 hours.

    Technically, asking for this information is dodgy, because it's
copyrighted.  And I wouldn't ask if I didn't have the book on order - it's just
that the timing is stuffed.
