"Stupidly overpowered?"

Comic books have a wide range of power levels. BNW isn't a comic
book, nor is based on one. While one can compare the levels if one
wishes, doing so really doesn't get you much.

Now, using comic books for inspiration, that's a good and worthy thing to do.

But I wouldn't go saying that Spiderman is "stupidly overpowered."
Assuming one can figure out why the choice of the word "stupid..."
BNW isn't simulating 4-color comics (as they are traditionally
called). So it doesn't matter that BNW can't do Spiderman. It
wasn't meant to do so.

We don't know what Alphas were like power-wise. Heck, we are never
really told whether they are just stronger versions of the packages
or multi-packages, or whatever. We shall have to make it up
ourselves and/or wait for Crossroads.

And if BNW isn't high-powered enough for you, it's easy enough to
change. UP the numbers or give out more than one power package.
When you play it, it's your game.
