Actually, I've been dealing with this whole thing since ICE went under,
since I was in the midst of writing several books for Silent Death, and
have had a close relationship with ICE and Don Dennis, the current line
editor.

Mythic bought up the rights to protect their computer game.  They, at
the time, said that they had no interest themselves in publishing a
paper version, but would be willing to license it to another company.

However, since then, they have not bothered to respond to any inquiries
from the company that I'm forming with a number of previous writers,
developers, and artists, nor have they responded to other, established
gaming companies that have expressed interest in Silent Death.

I'm working with the trustee on a number of matters related to Silent
Death.  It's been an arduous road so far, and we only have more
hardships ahead.  If you want more information on it, I've started a
