As of right now, I am no longer in the employ of Alderac Entertainment
Group.
When I sold Brave New World to AEG last year, I hired on with the company
for
a period of one year. That year is up, and we've decided to go our separate
 ways. >>

In a word....... "D'OH"!

<< Brave New World is still owned by AEG. The next book, Evil Unlimited, is
currently at the printer. The book after that, The Covenant, is still in
production. >>

In another word........."WHEW"!

<< At the moment, AEG is negotiating with two different companies that are
interested in taking over Brave New World. Depending on which company lands
the property, I should remain involved with it to one extent or another.
Either way, it seems clear that Brave New World will live on. >>

See previous word.....

<< On a more personal note, this means that I now have a large chunk of time
that I'm looking to fill up. I'm available for writing, editing, graphic
design, and consulting on a freelance or ongoing basis. >>

Matt, ole buddy........ if I had a game company, I'd let you run it and name
your own salary (hey..... wishes don't HAVE ta make sense!). IF the
unthinkable happens to occur, and BNW ceases to be in a 'official' published
form (hey I'LL keep it goin' around Chattanooga!!), I, for one, would be
willing to ...... oh, I don't know.... buy, like a CD from ya...... with
further BNW materials on it. Might not be a bad little side business there
Matt!!

Seriously....... my gaming habit recently (Deadlands, HOE, BNW) has been
getting It's hiney kicked! But........ I have nothing but praise and
respect for you guys involved (You Matt, Shane, Goff, Hopler, etc.) and will
stick by you (all) as a paying consumer as long as y'all want / need me.
I'm pretty sure I speak for everyone else on the list here on that aspect!

<< Take care,

heh heh heh Just GOTTA picture you, Matt with the black skin suit and
black face paint heh heh heh (That's from an old comic for any that
don't get it..... John Sable, Freelance)
(muttering something about not bein' funny iffin ya gots ta 'splain'em!)
