We have a confirmed spotting of EU operatives in the area. In their 
possession is a document containing information on all EU operations from its 
inception in 1927 to the present day.

Is has also been brought to my attention that EU is recruiting Deltas for 
some unknown purpose. Whatever it is, it can be for no good [Evil Is As Evil
