Well Minuteman's everyday id is that of a court appointed lawyer, Basically
he the guy that comes to a offender or defiant when you can't afford one.
One the reason he has moved up the ladder is the simple fact that he opening
defends Deltas as well regs, So Minuteman knows about every day life of
Crescent City. So thinking that he is fool for believing in America, Yes
Minuteman at heart is a dreamer. He dreams of what America was because in
his line of work he seen people's dream worn down to the nub. Also one of
the reasons why Minuteman stays one step ahead DP is the fact that his
sister is a delta in DP,

She doesn't know that her brother is a Delta.
