I know this might sound dumb but wouldn't Delta Prime
keep an eye on the families of registered deltas, just
in case? It seems to me that families with one delta
in them would be more likely to manifest then others,
much like mutants in the Marvel universe. Now since we
don't know exactly why deltas manifest but I would do
this just to cover my bases.
