[BNW] FAQ/Designing Power Packages

Hi there:

I'm new to the list and was wondering if there was a
FAQ somewhere, or a collection of archived materials
from this list.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had tried to translate
powers in other game systems into BNW packages. In
particular, I was thinking of using GURPS. I figure if
I can find some sort of translation for how many GURPS
points a typical BNW power package costs, I could use
that cost to make balanced BNW characters based off of
GURPS powers. Then all I have to do is translate
damage, as GURPS ranges and durations would easily
transfer over to BNW. Has anybody tried this, or tried
to translate any other games like DC or Champions?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
