Yeah, sorry about that; my flatmate got me that copy of EU for my birthday.

As Cameron said, both Napoleons and Planet can get in GD and EU. Prices are
not great from either store, but Napoleons is a little more reliable on
those orders. I've pestered them often enough that every book except for
Bargainers and Crescent City has shown up eventually.
