[BNW] CaC: New chars and links

Dear List!

I updated the CaC with characters from Cameron (sorry, no time to work
on the portraits yet) and Theo as well as adding a link page.

As to the last: I found a lot of the links to be outdated and refuse
to take up everyone of them. Instaed I strive to link to the _best_
resources on the web.

Did I miss any really good website? Did I link one instead, that is
not "worthy"? Please feel free to point me to my mistakes ;-).
