Background

Allen Flobine learned the skills of his trade as an
operative of Israeli Special Forces. He awakened when
he was caught in the crossfire during a battle with
PLO terrorists. Allen had always had a greedy streak
and he realized that there were ways to use his new
abilities for personal gain.

Allen headed to America and offered his services to
Delta Prime as a bounty hunter. They were less than
enthusiastic about his offer until he single handedly
brought in Gargant, a member of the Delta Warriors who
had killed or maimed nearly a dozen DP agents.

Since he was a foriegn national he was not inducted
into Prime but convinced them to allow him to work for
them on a case by case basis. He has traveled
throughout America tracking down Defiants and has
reacently arrived in Caiman City.
