[BNW] House rules package changes

Hasn't been much happening on here of late so I thought I'd try and
stimulate some discussion. While I was talking with a someone on the list
they told me that they were looking at removing the Armor power from the
Goliath package. The reasoning being that with armor plus size bonus the
Goliath could take far more punishment than the package designed for that
purpose namely the Tough.
What do people think of this and what other house rules have people come up
with to adapt packages?
