Not to downplay your lousy experiences, but as Matt pointed out, 
Wizards (more precisely, their subsidiary Andon) is turning Origins 
over to GAMA next year, so they had no real incentive to put a lot of 
effort into doing a good job. Don't write Origins off just yet; let's 
see what happens next year under the new management.
