[BNW] Info needed about SWAT teams

Hello all.

I need some help with some information for an adventure I am designing.  

What is the composition/manpower of a "typical" SWAT response team.  I am looking for as much info as possible, including (but not limited to) skills, specializations and equipment.  If anyone can get me specific info about LA SWAT teams, I will bless them.

Here is what I need the info for

One of the other events I plan on running at Origins 2002 is a GURPS based Anita Blake scenario I call Rip-IT Apart. The players will be running the newly formed Regional Preternatural Interception Team for Los Angeles -- an attempt to control the Vampire controlled youth gang wars in the inner city.  Anita, Dolph, Zerbrowski, Agent Bradford, and possibly Edward will be present as NPCs helping them get started.  and now i need to start building the PCs.
