Well, that makes it a lot easier for a psycho vamp to go on the rampage
then.

Could make a cool scenario. A cult of vampire worshippers lead by a lazy
good-fer-nothing vampire conman -hey, just because you're a creature of the
night doesn't mean you have to work for a (un)living, right.  Especially if
they WANT their blood sucked. He's just providing a service. Supply and
demand. Its the american way, yeah.
