Well recall that "only three" is above average. But that is neither here
nor there. I'm actually playing a fortunate with a 2 strength in a pbem.
I'm curious to see how it goes.
Anyway, problem: kevlar vest. Solution: about 1/2 the power packages (and
all of the DP's with standard gear) carry AP 10 ammo.
From Steve Crow's page: Chance of getting 3 wounds on a 5d6+5 SMG is about
34%, the chance of getting 2 wounds is almost 90%. Not too bad odds.

I'm just still hot from the time my bouncer got ganged by 4 regs and had
to burn all his DP's in the first round of the first fight of the session.
