  Here's a thought for an interesting Campaign Twist, what if the Bombs used in the Pilot Mountain Massacre and in the Bicentennial Battle just removed the areas through time.
  And that the areas removed are now remerging with the normal time pattern. All of a sudden you have a few new Alpha's in the world who have been out of touch with things, because to them time passed as normal, only when they leave the compound or the city, do they realize what has happened, As fo the rest of the US imagine going to work one day down by the docks, only to find Chicago back where it was.
