One that has been suggested to me by Matt Forbeck (as I recall...) is to
start them off as Defiance members rescuing a newly erupted Delta from a
hospital, just ahead of Delta prime getting involved. Lets you use the
archetype/templates in the book, or Armogreddon types, as opposition you can
easily pull, lets you tailor the adventure to the group (sneaky if you have
less combat types, lots o' combat if folks went with fighters, or a mix).
Of course, if you're running a Delta Prime type campaign, take it from the
other side and have the PCs _stop_ such an incursion. Or be freelancers
hired to raid/protect the hospital.
