[BNW] A couple of things

So is the whole Defiance Web Ring thing caput? There doesn't seem to be any 
Defiance site listed or available any more, and I checked at a few other BNW 
sites and their links are dead too (so it isn't just me :) ).

And could someone reiterate to me the commands for joining to this list?  
Hmmm, I don't seem to have them any more.
