I actually found it in a used bookstore in Northern Virginia (suburbs of
Washington D.C.) I knew I'd never use it (my group will probably never
play again, and if they do, no one is interested in the covenant), but I
just felt like I should complete the set.

Now if my cat just hadn't used my main rulebook as a scratching post while
I was on vacation a few years back...
