How's this for a tweak to BWYN?
Bullet With Your Name On It (version 2.0)
Trait: Knowledge
Hand: Pair
Speed: 1
Duration: 1 wind/round
Range: Self
Hexslingers use this hex to "name" a bullet for a
target who's trying to hide from them.
When the hex is cast, the hexslinger must tell the
target he is marked (this can be a gesture, or
something spoken). This hex completely eliminates
penalties for cover or called shots against the named
target. In addition, the bullet does additional
damage if it hits, starting at +2 with an additional
+1 for every hand above the minimum.

This makes BWYN stronger, but it's limited enough not
to be unbalancing.

Also, I think Bullseye might be a little better if it
provided extra bonuses for extra hands, say +1 for
every hand above the min.
