If he can come up with a convincing reason why this
would work, AND a huge roll, then I'd let him. Otherwise,
the agent listens to him for a bit then shoots him for
being a spy (and a whinger)
Seen Taxi Driver? You know the bit where Travis
goes on his fantastic informaiton gathering run (gee, I was
just wandering, what kind of guns do you guys use? And do
you have any gaping holes in your security that a lone
gunman could make use of... oops) and subsequently gets
caught out when he tres to hit Palpatine (OK, so it's
Palantine, but I can dream)... Try that. Any info he gets
is just a brush-off, and he's now known to the Agency.

AHAHAHAHAHA. No, kill him dead. Unless the Agent
has some really vital reason to keep him alive, he should
already be dead, and it's too bad on the player who got his
character into this stupid situation.
Or, on second thoughts... Have the Agent give him
some interestign fact, then let him escape (blow an arm or
something off first though...) and let him pass on the
false fact to his bosses. Then stand back.
