Basically what your talking about is a variation on Old Hand.
Yeah a new huckster can easily kill themselves, but thats the point and the 
price of having outwise unchecked power. You can get huge Black Lightnin' 
dice but if you get the ole Black Joker YOU get fried. Might make someone 
think twice about it.
If they get the Old Hand Edge they can stop drawing cards whenever they want 
to so if they draw old blackie on the first card or so they can stop before 
things get too ugly or else they can stop once they get what they need.
