Im pretty positive that there is a part that mentions necromancy and other 
types of "sorcery" as forbidden in the Bible. As far as the game is concerned 
I'd probably disallow any blessed from learning hexes myself, and if somehow 
they did every hex would be a mortal sin. 

In the end I'd probably just kill the PC for trying to powergame in my group 
though. And I mean kill as in the body gets eaten or shot in the head. No 
harrowed/huckster/blesseds.
