Well, I have Jan thru April, June, and July with Steve's original posts and 
all of the responses from the list (Ghoul's included).  They were all culled 
from the archives.

I think Patrick Phalen has the rest.  We were going to put them all in HTML 
format but I haven't gotten off of my butt to do anything towards that.
