Hi List,
Sorry for replying a bit late, about the Partners Backlash.
Have you considered having a Legion Manitou inhabit both of them,
although following Jeffs idea, that they shift in numbers from one PC to
the other and gain control, you could then have the nuissance of
incessant chatter in the PC with only a few of the Legion, possibly
granting negative modifiers.

Or have them draw another Card for Backlash and interchange the result
randomly.
