Didn't see this. If it's giving a +2 to "Shootin'" and
he only needs 3
raises to hit with 6 bullets, I'd make it "Belongin's:
5".

I would keep the stats as they are (reliability 10
sounds good though), and keep the cost the same.
Sounds like the 'Pepperpot Gun' in use during the
Victorian era.
