I would take my pick of the (seemingly) numerous portals located throughout 
the West.  Personally, I would use the one located in the Canyon o' Doom.  
that way, your Doomsayer can actually experience the horrors of the Hunting 
Grounds, align himself with the Ghouls, and creat a truly horrible posse, 
before making his way out.
