[DL] Idea for a new Edge

Howdy all!

I had an idea for a new edge (if you can call it that), or perhaps a
mysterious past might be more appropriate (or for a VoWW) inspired by the
fact that my character just got herself unharrowed yet again (*sigh* this is
getting tedious *g*), and this was the conclusion she came to:

Death's Bitch (5 pts if used as an edge)

You are officially Death's Bitch. The Grim Reaper has decided on a whim that
the Great Beyond is too good for you, at least for now, and he wants you as
his whipping-boy.
When you are fatally wounded (ie, Maimed somewhere important), you may make
an Incredible (11) Vigor roll not to die, and all your Maimed wounds turn to
Serious: the bad news is that those two levels of wounds you just negated
have the same effect as if you were a Grim Servant o' Death, and half is
applied to an innocent bystander or a friend.
If you fail your Vigor roll, you get to draw two extra cards to come back
Harrowed, unless you were Maimed in the Noggin, obviously. Being Death's
Bitch is no picnic, however. You automatically get the Harrowed Hindrance
Mark o' the Devil at 5 (which does *not* count against your total Hindrance
points), which means that spiritual people will see your evil carcass coming
ten miles away. You also gain the Aura o' Death Hindrance at 1.
Supposing one of these spiritual people decides to help you, they gain a +2
bonus on all their rolls to do so, but if you go subsequently and get
yourself killed again (and what are the odds of *that* happening?), you draw
another extra card to come back Harrowed -again.

Anyway, this is my first attempt at a new edge (or whatever), so criticism
is welcome. I'm not sure if it isn't a wee bit too powerful, or might
attract a little too much munchkinism. I'm going on the assumption that
since *my* character was completely miserable while Harrowed, other people
will be too ;-)

Thanks,

Daphné
