    You're not a big weenie-head, I just think (if I may be so bold ;-)
you're putting the group's desires way too ahead of your own.  The whole
reason we, as Marshals, run games is so that everybody gets to have fun,
ourselves included.  I think it's very noble that you've persevered this
long for them, but I know that I would just get more and more dissatisfied
with the way the game was going.  I think this dissatisfaction is reflected
in the second line of the inclusion above.  I'd suggest talking to them
about it when you are getting geared up again eight months from now and talk
about what everybody wants out of the campaign, including yourself.
