I was looking at soulblast and soulburst, and I noticed that with soulblast the hucksters to cast the spell is also his roll to hit his target. Soulburst however says nothing of the sort. Are we to assume that soulburst works just like soulblast or if sucessfully cast does it automatically hit it's target? If it is treated like soulblast then if it misses would you do deviation like dynomite?
